I-CE is an international NGO for low cost mobility and integrated cycling planning. I-CE provides expertise on cycling inclusive town and transport planning, all over the world. Cycling out of poverty and I-CE cooperate on stimulating knowledge exchange between our local partner organisations in Africa. We organise meetings to facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences, so that they can learn from each other.
